I put about 7 to 8 leave in a coffee cup and then added boiling hot water to it. I removed the leaves and added a sweetener . I was thinking that it would not work on me after going several days of being clogged up. It started to work about 2 hours later .It let me know that I was ready to relieve my self,but I still had control over when I would relieve myself. It really cleans you out. It will make you go several times in a row . It proved to me no matter what foods or medications could have you clogged up it will still work.
